Based in Surrey, UK, MTS is a Management and Leadership Development consultancy specialising in 360 degree interventions, team analysis, motivation and executive coaching. We work in partnership with a global mix of private, public and academic institutions. Our core team is supplemented by a group of associates who are specialists in their field with proven track records.
Our history
Formed in 1992 to provide survey processing for a host of blue chip organisations which required superior levels of confidentiality and administrative excellence, MTS has unrivalled experience in assisting organisations in their quest for confidential, accurate and robust management data. This experience has arisen from the link between MTS and London Business School through Professor John Hunt, (Professor of Organisational Behaviour at LBS and founding Chairman of MTS).
