The Team 360 questionnaire enables you to do the following:

  • Understand the relative strengths and weaknesses of the leadership team – making action planning much more targeted and effective
  • Benchmark your team against over 100 other senior teams which have completed the questionnaire – answering the question "how do we compare against others in the wider business world?"
  • Provide a framework for reviewing progress – many teams retake the questionnaire 12 – 18 months later to see where improvements have been made and areas which still need to be worked on
